Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through beautpurge.shop and sets out your rights and our obligations in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1. Right of Withdrawal - 14 Calendar Days
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period has expired.
2. How to Request a Return
Contact us at info@beautpurge.shop with your name, order reference, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. We will acknowledge receipt and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Conditions for Return
- The product must be returned in its original, unopened condition with all original packaging.
- Products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for a full refund unless they are faulty or not as described.
- You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. For payment on delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer - please provide your bank details when requesting a return.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food supplement products (unless faulty or not as described)
- Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period without prior agreement
6. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your Alpha Drive order arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us at info@beautpurge.shop within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
